Returns and Exchanges Policy

You can request the exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after receiving it. The following conditions must be observed:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging;
• The product must be returned without any signs of use or consumption, in the same condition it was received;
• The product must be returned with attached tags (or protectors), manuals, and all accompanying accessories.

IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not respected.

WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN Send an email to vibzzz.shop@gmail.com and provide:

• Product name;
• Order number;
• Email registered in the purchase;
• Reason for exchange or return.

VIDEO EVIDENCING THE DEFECT Once all issues regarding the return of the product are confirmed, we will provide you with the address for the return of the product and reimburse you for the paid value of the product and shipping.

METHODS OF REIMBURSEMENT Credit card refund: This refund may appear on up to two billing cycles after the completion of the return by the payment gateway. PIX - Transfer to the customer's account, which can be done within up to 10 business days after the confirmation of the return.
